If you are under 21, it is against the law to drive with a BAC of 0.02 or higher. Colorado classifies this charge as a Class A traffic misdemeanor if you have a BAC at least 0.02 but not more than 0.05. C.R.S. § 42-4-1301(2)(a.5).
